Margaret Simmons had to be rushed to the hospital last week.
Betty Dale had knee surgery last week. She is doing well.
Barbara Fort's mother-in-law has a brain tumor.
Patty Thompson has possible lung cancer.
Joyce Matlow is doing better after being rushed to the hospital.
Vechel Judd is home after a stay in the hospital. Request "no visitors".
Jan Winner is at home, please keep her in your prayers.
Lila Rector's brother-in-law, Jimmy Walls request prayers from the church. He
has cancer.

The Good Timers:
June 28th at 6:00PM. Come and celebrate Independence Day and the freedom that God has given us. Bring a covered dish and enjoy a good time together.
Camp June 8th-13th 2008:
Everyone had a great time at camp this year. There was a baptism which made it even better. Welcome Raegan Gregory to our family.
Softball:
The softball team ended up 3rd out of 14 teams. WAY TO GO!!!!
Notice:
Please return the forms that the deacons passed out last week to any deacon. We need everyones information so please return them as soon as possible!
Vacation Bible School:
The theme this year is "Cast-away Bay: Where Faith Conquers Fear and all Doubts are Cast Away" If you want to help please see Cara Kelly or Diana Roberts.
There are many ways to help with VBS:
1. Please save your empty paper towel rolls and bring them to the BLUE bin beside Hungry Herman in the foyer to be used for crafts.
2. If anyone has any items that could be used as tropical decorations, we would appreciate being able to borrow them. Please place them on the shelf in the supply room labeled "VBS". Please put your name on the somewhere.
3. Please be giving thought to how you can be involved in this great outreach. We need volunteers for teaching, snacks, crafts, recreation, singing and decorations. We will be having a planning meeting in the near future for those interested in being involved.
